Who we are
Compassionate, Child-Centered Speech Therapy
Nothing has shaped me more as a clinician than navigating my own daughter’s feeding and speech journey. Due to her craniofacial differences, she has endured multiple surgeries, including cleft palate repair and jaw distraction, which required her to be tube-fed. Supporting her through ongoing specialized medical care gave me a firsthand understanding of the hardship that other families often experience.
Because of her, I approach my work with a deep sense of empathy, patience, and respect for each child’s unique path. I don’t just see clinical goals; I see the whole child and the family alongside them.
I am devoted to connecting, collaborating, and supporting the families that I serve. This allows me to support families not only as a clinician, but as a compassionate advocate.
Leading Speech Therapy provides individualized speech and language support designed to meet children where they are. Every session is play-based, engaging, and grounded in evidence-based practice to help children build meaningful communication skills that carry into everyday life.
Services include evaluations, therapy, AAC support, and parent coaching.
Care is neurodiversity-affirming and tailored to each child’s strengths and needs.

Family & Professional Support
Through collaborative coaching, we work side-by-side with families and educators to provide the tools and confidence necessary for communication growth within daily routines.
We believe in empowering caregivers and support staff to ensure progress continues naturally at home.
